    • Retention period: Destroyed when the purpose is fulfilled

  2. Receiving complaints

    • Purpose of processing: Receiving and responding to complaints related to the use of Tomoarrow's services

    • Items to be processed: Name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, complaint content

    • Retention period: Destroyed when the purpose is fulfilled

  3. Safety compensation system

    • Purpose of processing: To handle the overall business such as receipt of the safety compensation system, review of eligibility and compensation amount, and payment of compensation amount.

    • Items to be processed: Information verified and provided for the purpose of handling complaints, such as copies of identification cards, passbooks, seal certificates or confirmation of signature, and factual confirmation of the incident, etc.

    • Retention period: 10 years from the end of the business related to the security compensation system, then destroyed
